Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your return or exchange must meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Apparel must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days after receiving an item.
  • Products must be received at MilitaryKart's facility within 30 days of return authorization
  • Please note that Returns on free plus shipping items are not accepted.
  • Returns for refund to the original payment method will incur a small return shipping charge.
  • Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable and all returns and exchanges are less any shipping cost paid on the original order.

Return Process

  1. Please Send an Email to titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
  2. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours and provide you our US warehouse address for return
  3. Please carefully package our product in original condition and return to address provided.  Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.
  4. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  5. Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.
  6. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 7-10 days.

Note that the returns shipping fee is non-refundable and products must be returned unopened and unused for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
