I hope we never have to use these but it's a comfort to know they are there if we do ever need them. We keep one in our cars and at home. I would suggest having someone who is trained in medical aid or well versed in using them to show you how to use these. They are fairly simple and this specific tourniquet seems to be good quality.

They work well. I tested them. Pull them out and familiarize yourself with how the strap goes and keep a sharpie around for the tag T time and date. Seem like solid material and easy to use.

I bought this and staged them in my car, my camping first aid kit, and my edc first aid kit with an auxiliary one. Its a high quality product. Something like a tourniquet
is so important to your trauma kit shouldn’t be decided by price.
